Edible Birds Nest Organic Cleaning Solution

Direction of Use
Step 1
Mix D-121 EBN Cleaning Solution with water (at a ratio of 1ml of D-121 to 20ml of water) and spray on every piece of unclean bird nest directly.
Step 2
Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes for the mixed solution to penetrate the edible bird nest. The solution will loosen the edible bird’s nest structure and kill bacteria while eliminating Nitrite.
Step 3
Dip the bird nest with water mixed with D121 EBN Cleaning Solution (at a ratio of 1ml D-121 to 50ml of water).
Step 4
Gently rub or brush the bird nest to clean the stains and remove big sized feathers.
Step 5
Feathers are easily removed by using tweezers and forceps. Spray D121 EBN Cleaning Solution (with a ratio of 1ml D121 to 50ml water) on the bird nest if necessary for the stubborn area.
Step 6
Dip the clean bird nest into a container of clean water with D121 EBN Cleaning Solution (Ratio of 1ml D121 to 100ml water) for final washing.
Step 7
Ready for a fan drying process.
Step 8
Pack immediately cleaned and dried edible bird nests in a clean room to avoid the exposure to bacteria.
NOTE
Above is the recommendation to clean raw bird nest with D121 EBN Cleaning Solution. However, you can apply to your existing SOP. The mixing ratio depends on the conditions of the raw Edible Bird Nest. You may increase the mixing ratio if necessary.
